How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days. Delivery time after dispatch depends on the carrier and destination — usually 3–10 business days within Europe.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. Shipping cost and estimated time are confirmed at checkout based on the destination.

Can I return an item?

Yes. UK and EU consumers have 14 days from receipt to cancel an order without giving a reason — see our Terms & conditions. To start a return, email contact@vauujewelry.com with your order number.

My item arrived damaged or doesn't match the description — what now?

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you are entitled to a refund, repair or replacement. Email contact@vauujewelry.com with photos and we'll sort it.

How do I care for my jewelry?

See the Care guide. In short: keep it away from impacts, abrasives and chemical cleaners; remove before pools and saunas; store separately.

I need a custom size — is that possible?

Often, yes. Email contact@vauujewelry.com with the piece and the size you need. Custom items can't be cancelled once production starts.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Card payments will be supported at checkout (phase 2). Until then we confirm orders by email and arrange payment directly — this is stated on the checkout page.

Is my data safe?

We only collect what we need to process your order, the site is served over HTTPS, and we don't use advertising or profiling cookies. Full details in the Privacy policy.
