Shipping & delivery

Dispatch time

Orders placed before 14:00 UK time on a business day are usually dispatched within 2–4 business days. You'll get an email with the tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves the studio.

Delivery times

• United Kingdom — 2–4 business days after dispatch.
• European Union — 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• Rest of world — 5–14 business days after dispatch, customs depending.

Charges and customs

Shipping charges are shown at checkout. For deliveries outside the UK / EU you may be liable for local import duties or taxes on arrival; these aren't collected by us and are charged by the carrier.

Lost or delayed parcels

If a parcel hasn't arrived within the times above, please get in touch and we'll open a trace with the carrier. Replacement or refund is handled in line with our Terms & conditions and your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
