About these terms

These terms apply to all orders placed through Vauu Jewelry. The seller is Searchium Group Ltd (company number 16186459), registered office Studio 9, 50-54 St Paul's Square, Birmingham, United Kingdom, B3 1QS. Contact: contact@vauujewelry.com.

Ordering and contract

Prices are shown in euro and include VAT where applicable. Placing an order is an offer to buy; the contract is formed when we confirm the order by email. We may decline an order if a product is unavailable or pricing is clearly wrong.

Delivery

Items are dispatched within 2–4 business days of order confirmation. Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination. See our Shipping page for current details.

Right to cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

If you are a consumer based in the UK or EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To exercise the right, write to contact@vauujewelry.com with your order number. Return the items to us in their original condition; we will refund the price of the goods and standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the returned items. Return shipping is paid by you unless the item is faulty or wrongly described.

Items made to your specifications (e.g. custom sizing) cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Faulty goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you are entitled to a refund, repair or replacement if goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose. Contact us within a reasonable period of discovering the issue.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability which cannot be excluded under English law.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
